We empty and clean the gutters to prevent blockages and overflows.
We inspect the bitumen roof for cracks, wear and potential weak spots.
We check the roof for broken, slipped or missing tiles.
If spare tiles are available at the property, we replace minor damage such as a broken tile straight away during the inspection.
We run water through the downpipe to check that it drains properly and that there are no blockages.
We check your roof once a year as standard. The best time is after autumn and just before summer. That way we know for sure your roof is ready for all weather conditions.
Has damage suddenly occurred after all? A small leak, say, or tiles blown off after a heavy storm. You can always call us, of course. With a maintenance contract you always get priority. If we have the right materials with us, we even fix the problem on the spot.
